What perhaps strikes me as the most important passage is the road to that most useless place, the ‘waiting place’..
“...waiting for wind to fly a kite
or waiting around for friday night
or waiting, perhaps, for their Uncle Jake
or a pot to boil, or a better break..."
Those two pages are excellent. I won’t quote the whole thing here but would suggest you pick up the book. While it’s great and geared for children, it does have some usefulness for adults.
So are you in that 'Waiting place'? Waiting for something to happen to begin to work towards what you want? What you need? Do you not know what you want or need and are just waiting for it to show itself?
